The crashing waves at Pather beach, right north of Santa Cruz. What a wonderful afternoon that was! And the sunset was gorgeous
Water rushing in between rocks at Panther Beach, California. The stone formations, the pelicans, the hidden cave and the sea animals we found here truly made our afternoon quite amazing.
Standing on Glacier Point at Yosemite. Sometimes California leaves me breathless. This is unexplainably beautiful.
Hanging out in the Stanford wilderness.
I love Lake Lag. I’ve been wondering this area since my freshmen year, and it never gets old, especially during sunsets. Right now, the native plants growing all around are a treat to explore!
And with simple shenanigans began our 5 day journey deep into the Grand Canyon! Here are Zoë (our most colorful hiker), Katie (our most stylist hiker), and Dan (hiker holding a very stiff spiky plant) from left to right! Couldn’t have done my first epic wilderness trip with a better group of people :)
A bike track through the Lake Lag wilderness. That must have been quite fun

Check this beautiful, blooming Lamb’s Ear growing in front of our house! This plant is so magnificent. And the best part is how soft it is to touch!
Standing inside the sun. The great trees (and lamp-post) of Lake Lag at Stanford!
A train in Seattle, with reflections of someone’s luggage and my hand. I love trains. Something about the way these metal creations move rings the strings of my being. And chances are, Seattle will soon be my next home
And inside the cave we found salt crystals!!! I went back here yesterday, and someone destroyed all these formations :( :( :(
The Monument spire in the Grand Canyon! We camped on a ledge that shared this view. What’s unbelievable about this unique place is the epic scale in which it operates - someone standing on top of that spire would be barely visible in this picture, and the canyon in the foreground is a 400-500 meter drop! Wow!!!
More pictures to follow :)
One of the best and truest bench messages, right outside Memorial Church at Stanford :)
